Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests for accidental duplicate charges or billing errors may be reviewed within 7 days of the original transaction date. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your transaction details.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not automatically generate prorated refunds unless required by law. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings in the customer billing portal
  • Contacting our support team via email
  • Calling our support line during business hours

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, you will be notified of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Exceptions

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 7-day review period
  • Services that have been substantially used
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions
  • Charges due to failure to cancel before renewal
